Working Condition of Circular Knitting Machine

The followings are the requirements for working condition of circular knitting machine:
1. Environment
Circular knitting machine causes a lot of flies during knitting. So, good ventilation should be maintained in workshop.
2. Temperature
If the temperature in workshop is too low, circular knitting machine has large running resistance. If the temperature is too high, it impacts frequency converter. For this, in summer and winter, the temperature in workshop should be controlled appropriately. The best temperature for maintaining circular knitting machine ranges from 20℃ to 30℃.
3. Humidity
It refers to relative humidity. If relative humidity is too low, yarns harden, causing missed stitches or holes on cloth cover and damaging needles. If relative humidity is too high, it causes needles or equipment to rust. So, humidity in workshop should be maintained between 65% and 80%.
